Deep Blue – Operations Against Nation-States in the Ecological Environment

Deep Blue is a type of warfare the tactics of which lie below the level of human consciousness and beyond the level of human awareness. As a result, Deep Blue is subliminal and covert. By its very nature, Deep Blue operations are very obscure. The nation upon which Deep Blue is applied will most likely have no idea that they are involved in a war with a hostile nation unless Deep Blue is a form of warfare which they themselves have studied. Even then, there will be no hard evidence to directly link a Deep Blue tactic with a potential or real enemy nor will it be possible to identify any such action unequivocally as an intentional act or as an unfortunate act or natural disaster. Consequently, no one can say with any degree of certainty that a war is being waged against them and thus take appropriate countermeasures, even though the number of casualties and the level of destruction may surpass that of a more open and conventional form of war.

The strategy of Deep Blue is a typical one. Deep Blue seeks to reduce a nation’s capacity to fight through the medium of the destruction of, primarily, the enemy’s infrastructure. This forces the nation to whom Deep Blue is applied to gradually focus more and more attention on its rapidly disintegrating network of highways, rail lines, communications networks, power facilities and grids, civil targets and military infrastructure. Such a disintegration requires the victim nation to allocate greater and greater amounts of its withering financial capabilities to maintain the level of its standard of living, technological rate of progress and structural infrastructure.

Finances deplete in two ways; 1. Funds must be allocated to repair damaged and destroyed infrastructure and establish alternate routes of logistics and power and 2. Depletion occurs through the attrition of the commercial infrastructure which reduces the tax base. This financial depletion is as true of socialist-communist states and tyrannical dictatorships as it is for “free” western democracies. Indeed, the rigid top-down centralized command structure of communist states may render them more vulnerable to Deep Blue than more market oriented economies.

In short, a nations economy, slowly at first, but at an ever accelerating rate, simply falls apart. To those who know, it will be realized that a Deep Blue operation is at the root of all the troubles, but to all others, it will appear as if the economy is simply self-destructing at a faster and faster pace, accompanied by the unfortunate coincidence of a series of seeming unrelated natural disasters, i.e. floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, etc. which only serve to hasten the pace of dissolution. Natural disasters are only one of the many tactics in the Deep Blue arsenal.

Deep Blue is attrition warfare of a most malicious kind. Whereas attrition warfare in a “normal” type of warfare is directed – for the most part – at an enemy’s military forces, the tactics of Deep Blue in their actualization, make no distinction between civil or military targets. Indeed, civil targets may be preferred over military targets as military targets are more likely to be hardened and much fewer in number (reducing the potential for economic disruption) than potential civil objectives.

Striking the civil infrastructure forces the general population to focus their collective attention on the growing misfortunes of the nation apart from and clearly distinct from the military. Such a refocus naturally diverts money from defense needs while serving to highlight more and more areas which are in jeopardy and in immediate need of attention. This forces a greater acuteness of focus and the diversion of greater and greater amounts of money from the military community to the civil community. Consequently, Deep Blue gradually redirects a nation’s focus away from the outside world to a purely domestic focus. The external world will never be completely ignored, but neither will it be a cause of concern great enough to warrant more than passing attention and band-aid applications of aid, assistance or intervention.

Operations Against Military Targets

The possibility of utilizing Deep Blue operations against military targets cannot be overlooked. Indeed, the very nature of Deep Blue may provide an irresistible temptation for a nation’s military leadership. They may seek to strike an actual or potential enemy’s military infrastructure before or rather than engaging civil targets. Deep Blue provides a nation with the capability to erode an enemy’s military without the threat of counterforce.

Deep Blue actions have the advantage of being perceived as “acts of God,” natural disasters, human error or catastrophic failure, not an attack by an outside entity.

Military sites which are particularly vulnerable are those within a region of natural danger or geographical instability such as near earthquake zones, near volcanoes – especially if long dormant – within a hurricane, typhoon or tornado “alley,” coastal bases – including those situated along large inland seas or lakes – wintry or mountainous regions, especially if blizzards, avalanches, landslides, rock falls and similar occurrences have been frequent or recurrent, (but even more so if very large catastrophic events are long past – part of history – thus making the time ‘ripe” for another cataclysm), plains and dry brush areas for wildfires, wind or storm damage to housing, aircraft and sensitive equipment and similar areas of potential “natural” disaster.

Desert bases and facilities may be particularly vulnerable because water is always a necessary yet often restricted commodity and generally desert facilities are often remote and isolated from other habitations – whether military or civil. Deserts can also spark unusual wind conditions, strange electrical or electromagnetic phenomena, unusual temperature fluctuations affecting sensitive equipment and expected, but particularly intense, psychic stresses such as loneliness, flared tempers, depression, aggression, et al. Many of these effects will also hold true for polar bases and facilities. For arctic or Antarctic areas, attacks by wild animals may also complicate, hinder or curtail normal operations.

Summary

A nation employing a Deep Blue operation against another will find itself a greater and greater latitude to undertake actions and exercise force which it may not have contemplated earlier due to fear of reprisal, intervention, counterforce or opposing polarization of the world community against it by its enemy state.

The exercise of Deep Blue warfare stems from the application of technology and weapons systems derived from the field of Tesla (psychotronic/electromagnetic/subdimensional) physics. This is a branch of physics which has been overlooked and ignored by most nation-states of the West. However open Soviet sources reveal a great deal of research by the former Soviet Union. Such research seems to have begun in the 1930s and 1940s and to have accelerated and broadened over time.

Because Deep Blue is such an obscure form of warfare, easily meriting the additional appellations of “Warfare of the 4^th Kind” or “Warfare of the Fourth Dimension of War;” specific tactics are delineated below – this is not an exclusive list.

Tactics

1.      Short term, temporary, localized, “random” shortages of common household commodities and/or foodstuffs, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, milk, vegetables – fresh or canned, fruit – fresh or packaged, soup, ham, eggs, et al; especially if in plentiful supply in the general economy.

2.      Short term, temporary, localized “random” outages, brownouts or bog downs of electrical power or communications networks.

3.      Interference with radio, TV or other communications networks up to and including total jamming or replacing with own or other broadcasts or announcements especially if spurious, misleading and/or causing general panic situations.

4.      Increase of vehicle breakdowns or accidents especially if confined to one type or area or one cause.

5.      Upsurge in accidents of some type, especially automotive, especially if in some substructure or module even if produced by different manufacturers.

6.      Run of unfortunate accidents of mysterious origin or type.

7.      Terrorism or guerrilla activity, gang violence.

8.      Computer simulation or similar activities produce false, misleading or erroneous results especially if duplicated across national or regional borders or networks.

9.      Computer virus.

10.  Unusual increase in floods, high tides, earthquakes, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, rainy days, etc.

11.  Unusual weather phenomenon.

12.  Upsurge in UFO sightings and activity.

13.  Accidents at key intersections or on major thoroughfares preventing or delaying key personnel their timely performance of duties especially if responding to an emergency or preventing troop or emergency personnel deployment or redeployment or preventing or delaying couriers, reinforcements or unrestricted travel.

14.  Electromagnetic pulse without cause.

15.  Torus, radial, ground, horizontal, ball or other unusual lightning.

16.  Unusual cloud patterns, i.e. torus, radials, coronas, rays, anchor shapes, crosshatched, etc.

17.  Cloud moving against direction of wind, moving in opposite direction of other clouds maneuvering through or around other clouds or moving independently.

18.  Drone, robot and AI assets for attack, reconnaissance, interception of communications, jamming, creating false communications, etc.

19.  Direct invisible energy weapons and systems.

20.  “Star Wars” type weapons in civilian hands.

21.  Destruction of liquid fuels via biogenetic organism, displacement, weird disease or “natural” cause.

22.  Unexplained cessation to operate of police department weapons, vehicles, communications capability or lights in police buildings, facilities or assets.

23.  Unexplained cessation to operate of telephones, elevators, lights, air conditioning, heating or other building infrastructure in public building, high rise, radio or TV studio or tower.

24.  Unexplained disappearance of data in one computer or computer network.

25.  Unexplained sonic booms, distant explosion noises or submarine explosion noises; offshore, distant or mountain or hill noises, explosion noises, booming or rumbling.

26.  Eerie sky noises, booms, explosion noises or rumblings.

27.  Unreasonable or unexpected harvest shortage in major food producing nation or nations.

28.  Unexplained and/or unusual deep space radar or optical contacts. Optical, electromagnetic, infrared or ultraviolet contacts of objects in or around moon, sun, other planets or lunar bodies.

29.  Grass fires, forest fires, wild fires etc, especially if of unknown origin or if arson or especially if in or around or near military facilities, communications centers or assets or diplomatic facilities or transportation or logistics hubs.

30.  Unusual, unexplained AND significant explosion or other catastrophic failure at a military base, facility or military logistics or administration facility.

31.  Strange or unusual activity, possibly dangerous, by previously passive or peaceful sea creature.

32.  Unexplained night sightings of lights in the sky near ground level or especially if of apparently orbital altitude and/or if intricate in nature.

33.  Nocturnal luminescent clouds.

34.  Mysterious or unexplained dome of light if at or over sea or over relatively uninhabited region of land.

35.  Mysterious accidents or inability to operate in planned manner of rockets or other space infrastructure.

36.  Rash of ball lightning or St. Elmo’s Fire in a city or small town.

37.  Failure of orbiting satellites.

38.  Odd and/or unexplained events or sightings on other planets.

39.  Mysterious, odd, unexplained and/or unexpected communications received from, lights or objects seen about or radio emissions from other planets, especially if from Venus, Jupiter or Saturn or if from “empty” between earth and Jupiter and/or Saturn or from within or near the orbits of Jupiter or Saturn.

40.  Surge in solar activity.

41.  Unusual or unusually or infrequent and intense auroras on Earth or other planets.

42.  Apparent observation of plant, animal or intelligent life or activity or moon or Mars.

43.  Sudden upsurge or unusual space activity by a nation or government or group of nations or an alliance(s).

44.  Apparent observation of liquid water on moon, Mars, Venus, a moon of Jupiter or Saturn or free floating in space.

Determining a Deep Blue Event from a Natural Event

Differentiating a Deep Blue event from natural event is easier than one may expect. Although nearly every Deep Blue event, viewed in isolation, can be perceived as simply a natural event, an actual Deep Blue event will display characteristics which will clearly distinguish the event as artificial in nature.

A true Deep Blue event will tend to display all the following characteristics and there will always be a common denominator between events.

1.      A Deep Blue event will tend to be an uncommon or unusual event or be an event clearly out of the ordinary, or a natural or common event but of uncommon or unexpected duration, intensity, scale, range or ferocity.

2.      Deep Blue events always group into a pattern. This pattern may be two or more similar actions in a series, or a group of two or more actions in two or more series. A series consists of two or more actions or events identical in type but separated in space or time or two or more events related in type or kind but not identical occurring within a small temporal window but at great geographical distance or proximate geographical distance but with a fair* (see characteristic 9) separation in time.

3.      A series will tend to consist of five or fewer individual events or actions.

4.      A Deep Blue operation will tend to consist of only one series ongoing at a time.

5.      A Deep Blue may consist of any event as described in Tactics or of any event which meets these characteristics and may occur in any location worldwide or any superterrestrial location as designated by the operational group, but actions will not generally occur simultaneously. Generally, any one event must be fully concluded before the next can begin. A nation (or group) initially entering into the Deep Blue arena will tend to group events in place and time rather than dispersing events worldwide or temporarily. A nation or group employing Deep Blue operations may find its capabilities to undertake such operations impeded by the advanced technological capacity Deep Blue operations require. Consequently, all of said Deep Blue employing nations operations will tend be restricted geographically, if not temporarily, but also tend to be restricted to events of like kind during any one series.

6.      A series will tend to begin and end over a relatively short period of time, usually two to six weeks. This period will truncate as the nation employing Deep Blue operations accumulates experience and advances in technical capabilities.

7.      There will always be a common denominator between all events or actions in a series.

8.      Any operation or series will tend to be directed against a single organization or institution although this characteristic may fade as a Deep Blue employing nation or group gains experience in this form of warfare.

9.      The time period between one series and the next will be at least 100 hours, truncating over time by the advancement of the employing nation’s technical capacity. The time period between individual actions or events in a series will generally be between 1.5 to 2 or 3 times, up to 6 or 7 times the length of the most recently concluded event. The more actions in a series or the more complex the individual actions in a series, the longer the time period between the conclusion of one series and the inception of the next.

Ultraviolet – Operations Against Individuals

Ultraviolet is a Deep Blue operation applied against a particular individual or group of individuals, (probably small in number), who have some common denominator between them.

The objective of Ultraviolet is to render an individual or group of individuals ineffective in the performance of their jobs, careers, research, investigations, plans or personal or work relationships. Any individual or group so targeted must be contributing to the enemy nation’s defense, security or offensive posture in some way.

A long term objective of Ultraviolet may be the permanent incapacity of an individual to function in society through the mechanism of that individual’s own self-destruction or to so impose upon an enemy nation the objectives of the Deep Blue employing nation via the mechanism of the enemy nation’s body-politick. Self-destruction of an individual may be by death by suicide, accident, homicide, assassination, justified killing (death via the legal system) or disease. An additional possibility may simply be the isolation of the individual from other members of society due to the individual being categorized as a national security risk.

Ultraviolet may be conducted by a foreign or domestic intelligence agency, covert military, paramilitary or police unit, PsyOps unit, national security agency, shadow government or department thereof, multinational group or corporation, multinational shadow government, government in exile or non-state political body.

Tactics

1.      Receipt of odd, unusual or mysterious mail, especially if receipt sends recipient on a “wild goose chase.”

2.      Unexplainable, odd or mysterious phone calls, especially if such calls create friction with recipients spouse, co-workers or superiors.

3.      Phone calls in the middle of the night, especially if “prank” or “accidental.”

4.      Intrusion into a home or apartment or other domicile of office when owner is away without anything being taken, although food may be eaten or left out or cooked with containers dirtied or pets may be fed and notes or messages left on computer, wall, bathroom mirror or floor or magazines left out and open or TV or radio or other electronic device left on when it was turned off.

5.      Knocks or doorbells or knocks on wall, ceiling or floor in the middle of the night, either “accidental” or especially if no one is there.

6.      Unexplained and isolated cessation of electrical devices.

7.      Loss of electrical power to home or office or occupied room or office thereof.

8.      Loss of telephone service while others retain such service.

9.      Utility company or companies terminate service claiming non-payment or late of bills or other although bills have been paid.

10.  Insurance company or companies suddenly increase premium especially if particularly high or terminate coverage claiming due to late or non-payment of bills or entry into high risk category.

11.  Calls or requests made to place of employment when target is not there.

12.  Unauthorized, unexplained or unusual number of credit checks.

13.  Credit cards are suddenly terminated or “maxed out.”

14.  Bank(s) recall loan(s) for unreasonable or no explanation.

15.  Credit is refused especially if accepted previously and no change in circumstances has occurred.

16.  IRS audit or investigation, especially into bank accounts, employment income, business income or investment income.

17.  Vehicle is towed from legal parking spot.

18.  Vehicle is stolen.

19.  “Freak” auto or moving vehicle accident even if a passenger.

20.  Unusual or “freak” accident at home or office or city street or at work or pleasure activity.

21.  Series of “freak” accidents.

22.  Odd and unexplained ads about target in newspaper or media especially if in “Personals” section, or erotic or sexual suggestive section.

23.  Unexplained media accounts or reports spreading misinformation, inaccurate information distorting accurate information.

24.  Unusual series of events, accidents or “coincidences” causing target to reconsider career, research, educational, personal, travel, holiday or vacation plans.

25.  Target is followed by foot or car.

26.  Identical double pretends to be target and talks, interacts or is seen with friends, neighbors, spouse, siblings, co-workers or superiors.

27.  Identical double commits target to financial risk venture, joint venture, partnership, home purchase, business purchase, large personal or business undertaking, target or business divestiture or investment divestiture or purchase.

28.  Personal correspondence arrives late, especially if damaged in some way.

29.  Subscriptions to magazines, professional journals, groups, memberships, newsletters and professional associations terminated without cause.

30.  A subscription or membership is initiated without knowledge especially if a financial commitment is required.

31.  Receipt of single or short series of newsletters, mail, communiqués, magazines or professional journals or literature without cause, especially if disinformation or misinformation.

32.  Unexplained surge in utility bill.

33.  Unexplained calls reported on phone bill.

34.  Recording of target’s voice being received by target but target never left said message.

35.  Phone call, mail or receipt of other communication from deceased relative or friend.

36.  Ostracization by others without cause.

37.  Sudden deterioration of physical home infrastructure.

38.  Unexpected or unexplained illness or death of pet.

39.  Message from dead religious, political, corporate or scientific authority.

40.  Unexpected package or gift, especially if left at work or office or business and if especially if of being sent by someone of opposite gender if heterosexual or same gender if homosexual.

41.  Message or note left on car, place of business, store or shop often frequented or any location where it would be easily seen and received by intended recipient.

Ultraviolet Tactics at Group or National Levels

1.      “Brainwashing” of target populations or selected individuals from a distance.

2.      Electronic hypnosis of individual or target groups or populations at a distance.

3.      “Legionnaire’s” or other disease affecting group.

4.      Illness, disease or death among plant, animal or human populations on a wide scale or down to select groups or individuals. Any epidemic of illness or disease among a group or population

5.      Death via heart attack, sudden stroke or illness, especially if unexpected and/or unexplainable.

6.      Random coincidences which delay personnel from timely arrivals at work, job site, investigation site or home.

7.      Zombies.

8.      Gang violence directed at police or military targets or infrastructure or civil infrastructure or some group or key person or personnel.

9.      “Logic bombs” causing mass insanity, confusion or irrational thoughts or behavior in population, group, target segment, key personnel or individual.

10.  Increase in temper, aggression, frustration, depression, suicide, especially if in target population, key personnel or key individual.

11.  Sudden unexplained paralysis, stroke or physical encumberment especially if temporary and of short duration (hours or days).

12.  Death during sleep especially if in apparent good physical and mental health beforehand.

13.  Mysterious, unexplained disappearance or deaths of key personnel.

14.  Run of mysterious accidents, falls, “psychological breaks,” murders, killings, serial killings, mass murders, tragedies, suicides or mass suicides.

15.  Insanity, suicide, felony, forgetfulness, incapacitating illness or partial or full amnesia by key personnel or individual.

16.  Home, office, corporate or research facility fire and all data and or research is lost, gone damaged beyond repair or destroyed.

17.  Surge in terrorism, guerrilla activity, organized crime or gang violence directed against military personnel, civilian military or government contractors or diplomatic personnel and facilities.

18.  Biological or genetic human “time bombs” – people who suddenly undergo drastic and sudden changes in personality, psychology or temperament especially if such change precipitates lethal action by individual.

19.  Upsurge in apparent poltergeist activity.

20.  Upsurge of apparent psychic phenomena.

21.  Unexplained, possibly fatal, mishaps and accidents occurring to key personnel or individuals.

22.  Subliminal broadcasting.

23.  Area or cloud seeding or spraying.

24.  “Wildcat” strikes, slowdowns or widespread “flu” at key facilities or industries.

25.  Riots, protests, marches and demonstrations especially if of unusual mass and/or regionally or nationally widespread and/or if apparently orchestrated from without.

26.  Mutiny, revolt, mass desertion, work stoppage or slowdown, sabotage or attempted or successful coup d’état by or on part of military or against military or section thereof.

27.  Sudden unexpected reversal or change of stance or position of political party, political figure or military department, group or officer, especially if full reversal, unexpected firmness or adamancy and if unexpected and unexplained.

28.  Odd, strange and out of character behavior on part of widely recognized figure or figures, but not criminal or necessarily dangerous behavior or actions (except perhaps to self), especially if individual does not remember or is unaware or especially reticent about such behavior or actions.

29.  Sudden rash of felonies, misdemeanors or pranks, or malicious or foolish behavior on part of political figure, celebrities, media personnel, military personnel, economic advisors or consultants or noted authors, speakers, trainers or consultants.

30.  Spate of prison riots.

31.  Mass hallucination.

32.  “Coincidental” or untimely deaths, incapacitating illness or criminal activity of key oppositional figures in Deep Blue-employing nation or group.

33.  Strange dreams, daydreams or visions, nightmares, voices or revelations by key personnel or person, or group or target population.

34.  Upsurge in religious phenomena, i.e. miracles, visions, visitations by saints or angels, Jesus, Mary, or archangels, Muhammad, Allah or other; miracle cures, healings or stigmata type events.

35.  Sudden reversal of key individual’s long held position or belief especially if religious in nature and if especially without cause or persuasion.

36.  Unexpected and unexplained interruption at a movie, theater, concert or event, possibly replaced with another show or activity or religious event or communication from God, saint, Jesus, Muhammad, angel(s), Mary, Allah, prophet, alien or orbiting alien craft, spiritual, extraterrestrial or intra or extradimensional being.

37.  Appearance of God, Jesus, Mary, Mohammed, Moses, Buddha, Satan or an angel or demon or other spiritual entity, spirit guide or saint.

38.  Miracle intervention, event or visitation at a shopping mall, large outdoor area or sports center or event especially if witnessed by scores, hundreds or thousands of people.

39.  The Rapture.

40.  Bird attacks.

41.  Sudden surge in attacks by forest creature or animals.

42.  Sudden upsurge of attacks by dogs or other domestic animal especially if a series of attacks widespread across a region or planetary and especially if of one breed or genotype.

43.  Upsurge in sightings of Big Foot, Sasquatch, Yeti, Loch Ness Monster, Mothman, dinosaurs, thunderbirds, pterodactyls, dragons, lake monsters and other land based phantom entities.

44.  Upsurge or sudden increase in shark attacks or ferocity thereof.

45.  Attacks by porpoise, whales or dolphins or other supposedly “harmless” sea creatures, especially if attacks by a pod or group.

46.  Undersea lights, shadows or reflections from unknown objects.

47.  Discovery of unknown or previously unknown submarine objects, entities or structures.

48.  Sightings, lights or reflections from beneath the sea of sea monsters, cities, undersea UFOs (USOs), shadows, mermaids and mermen, unusual colored, strange or unusually large fish or otherwise familiar sea creature, especially if by many people from a cruise ship and with photographic or other recorded evidence or if same by many people on shore especially if during an unusually hot or humid period and if around or during a common holiday or vacation period and location.

  

Differentiating an Ultraviolet Operation from the Natural Hazards of Everyday Living

The characteristics differentiating a Deep Blue event from natural phenomena may or may not apply at the individual or Ultraviolet level or may only partially apply. The following characteristics will always apply at the individual level.

1.      Events will always occur in a series of two or more.

2.      The time period from the third event on will decrease by 50% from the interval between the two preceding events.

3.      A friend or acquaintance, colleague or co-worker or disinterested third party but with a similar background, job, career, research, hobby or interest will be the recipient of at least one event in a series of four or more occurring within 24 to 36 hours of the previous event.

4.      At least two events of identical or similar nature will occur within 45 minutes to three hours of the same day or within 45 minutes to three hours of the same time of day but on separate days.

5.      There will be some common denominator between all events in a series.

6.      An event will tend to be an uncommon or unusual event or be an event clearly out of the ordinary, or a natural or common event but of uncommon or unexpected duration, intensity, scale, range or ferocity.

Alter – Alternate Personality

Alters are employed by Deep Blue employing nations and covert operational groups as assassins, serial killers, murderers, (mass or singularly), zombies, religious zealots or recipients of a revelation or spiritual communique’, alien contactee or abductees, et al.

Alters can also be used as deep cover intelligence agents, special operations forces, covert or secret organization operatives, special task group forces and distant operational mission operatives, et al. Code names for these forces and commands include ShadowWarrior,  Deep Star, StarGate, Phoenix, MKUltra, Unit One, Jade, etc.

Alters are a result of action caused by intelligence organizations, special operations groups, psychological operations commands or units, covert action organizations, national security organizations and “black” operational commands. Alters have traditionally been created by the induction of severe psychological trauma often accompanied by severe physical trauma. This trauma forces the psyche of the individual to split into separate personalities or “alters.” Often, the personalities of a multiple personality individual or alter have no knowledge of any of the other personalities or alters cohabiting the body. Each personality may even display differing physical characteristics to include different skin tones and textures, eye color, drug or alcohol dependency, variations in IQ or cognition, different language knowledge, speech patterns or accents, gait and physical capabilities. There is some speculation that the severe psychological and physiological trauma formerly associated with producing an alter has now been replaced by more humane methods.

“Human time bombs” and “zombies” are all almost certainly alters. A human time bomb is any individual who suddenly and uncharacteristically displays extremely uncommon and often violent behavior. This behavior can include assassination, murder, mass murder, serial killing, terrorism, bombing, etc. A human time bomb may also be an individual who, once in a place of public prominence, is the sudden witness or bearer of divine, spiritual or alien revelation, communication or contact or whom, when such an event occurs, is thrust into the public spotlight by the nature of said event. Said divine, spiritual or alien intervention will be contrived by and often continuously manipulated by the alter’s “handlers,” steering the alter to perform such acts as they require.

A “zombie” is similar to the zombie of pop culture fiction. An aberrant individual will kill and possibly eat another individual, even possibly during daylight, in public.

Human time bombs and zombies along with other alters are triggered by commands implanted during the creation of the alter personalities. These commands can be any word, phrase, image, video, sound or action and are often rare but not unknown among the common population. 

Rate of Inflation

In February of 2011, I presented my inflation forecast for 2011. The true numbers I use to ascertain this forecast have been skewed for the past few years due to federal manipulation of actual facts.By adjusting these figures I forecast inflation for 2011 at 11.06% +- a full 1%. According to Shadowstats.com the inflation rate for 2011 was 11.1%.

Saving the Republican Party

The GOP candidate lost the presidential election because the party ignored a dominant shift in demographics. In order to win national office, the Republican Party must reorient itself toward these key demographics.

1. it must reorient itself toward hispanic voters
2. it must reorient itself toward immigrants
3. it must reorient itself toward single women especially mothers
4. it must reorient itself toward the impoverished and those receiving state and federal assistance, seeking ways to lift this demographic out of poverty
5. it must reorient itself toward small business
6. it must reorient itself toward all those earning less than 1 million dollars a year

In reorienting toward these demographics, the GOP must execute policy which the recipients perceive as beneficial to them, regardless of how legislators, pundits and decision makers create and implement policy initiatives.

In addition, the GOP must disassociate itself from special interests which are perceived by the American-body-politick as being detrimental, if not malevolent, to its own ideals. These include:

1. disassociation with Big Business and its influence
2. disassociation with Wall Street
3. disassociation with back door and back room deals
4. disassociation with any group or interest that puts its own needs ahead of the national interest

Although number 4 may be a challenge because every group - and every person - seeks to improve their position and status in life, each can find ways to achieve these ends without jeopardizing the same for other groups.

Certain legislation should also be enacted to help the United States move forward without the dragging influence of special interests and the divisiveness Big Business and special interests create between Congress and themselves on one side and the American people on the other. Also certain initiatives should be executed to establish a baseline from which clear decisions can be made.

1. balanced budget amendment
2. 12 year term limits amendment for both the Senate and the House
3. public and transparent audit of the Federal Reserve
4. public and transparent audit of the Energy Department, FDA, Dept. of Education and the DOD.
5. public and transparent audit of all recipients of TARP
6. dissolve the IRS, Federal Reserve and the TSA
7. revoke all policy, acts, initiatives and legislation which supersede the Constitution (e.g. TSA, wiretaps, seizure of private property)

And the GOP should support several initiatives and issues.

1. unions which serve their membership and which do no disservice to the public or nation
2. strict new legislation and regulations on the size and operations of Big Banks with a reemphasis promoting community banks
3. a labor initiative which supports a realistic minimum wage, a minimum of 3 week annual vacations, protection of working mothers

How and in what way these initiatives should be supported must be left to discussion and debate within the halls of corporate America, around the watercooler, across kitchen tables and over coffee tables, in coffee shops and sports bars and in the halls and meeting rooms of Congress.

Finally there are at least 2 initiatives the GOP may consider.

1. establishing that all natural resources of a state are the rightful property of the citizens of that state and that any extraction of said natural resources shall be licensed at a marketable, fair rate and at least 80% of such proceeds directly distributed to the recipients in the form of a check in their name mailed to their last known address or direct deposit to their bank account (think Alaska)
2. requiring each corporation with gross revenues of 50 (100?) million or over to establish an employee trust fund to which 10% to 25% of profits shall be distributed and paid out to eligible employees monthly and an employees stock trust that shall hold no less than 10% of a corporations stock enabling employees to vote in corporate actions

With this plan in hand, the GOP may be able to recapture key demographics it has lost and help impel the US economy toward growth and greater productivity.

Restoring the American Dream

The path to reshaping America and restoring her greatness does not lie in the political process, nor in the streets, nor in the halls of Congress, nor the walls of the White House, nor the boardrooms of banks and corporations. Rather, the only way to bring America back to her senses, restore the American Dream and recreate the greatness that was America is through the grace of Jesus Christ.

A Right Is Not a Privilege

A right cannot be regulated nor restricted. A right cannot be changed.
A right cannot be suspended. The government cannot interfere with the
rights of the people; it is the people who have granted the privilege
of governing to the government and that right can be withdrawn at
any time.

Safe Refuge During the Coming Police State

You may call this an opinion piece because I have no "solid evidence" to support the following":

As of today, Dec 6, 2011, my sources are telling me,

1. If you value your freedom and liberty, the United States is no longer the place to be. It will take another couple of years, but if you don't want to live in a police state, you had best begin plans to move out-country, preferably no later than summer 2012. see 3 and 4 below.

2. Both Newt and Romney are fully co-opted; to a lesser degree, so are most of the other GOP candidates. The only candidate who - so far - won't conform to the agenda is Ron Paul. But my sources have no data on Bachman, Huntsman or Santorum - too far out of the pack for the elite to pay any attention to yet. My sources are saying that whether Newt or Mitt is elected, they will both play the game and conform to the agenda laid out for them - essentially, nothing will change, although surface changes may occur to placate the "unruly."

3. Obviously, Obama is fully "in-camp." The only way to prevent a socialist-fascist-police state is for a non-co-opted candidate to win in November AND for both houses of Congress to elect a GOP majority.

4. My sources state they see no "human" solution to this mess. The only solution is to follow God's lead and do whatever He tells you to do. Just be sure it's God leading you.

5. Safe Refuge: the number of "safe refuges" in and outside of the United States has been reduced to the following. Although no place will truly be safe, these will all be better than the US. Two of these may come as a surprise. Seminole Res in Florida, Hopi Res in Arizona, Baja California Sur in Mexico, Aborigine lands in Australia, desert areas in Jordan, Israel, deep Sahara, Hong Kong, China (!?). Altho, if you're a Christian, you won't be able to practice your belief in Jordan or China, the situation in the US is planned to become so dire that all of these places will be far better and safer. The safest areas will be where no one else is, no one knows you're there and no one can find you.

6. If you choose to remain within the US, expect the following within a few years (with ANY human solution): midnight to dawn curfew, police or troops patrolling the streets, you won't be able to move money or take cash out of the country, food shortages, possible temporary spot electrical outages or brownouts, gasoline shortages, scattered rolling checkpoints on roads and highways across the US with other more stringent measures probable at a later time.

Caveat: Usually I tend to extremes, all of the above represents one extreme. The other extreme is that everything turns out exactly as we hope, the fed gov shrinks and begins turning a surplus. We pay down our debt, the troops come home because there are no more wars to fight, gas prices keep decreasing, the fed stops printing money, the dollar gains strength worldwide, the US returns to Constitutional principles, the TSA adopts a pragmatic method of airport screening without violating the Constitution, the FDA stops raiding homes and farms for "illegal" food or food supplies, cheap renewable energy sources are released, the economy recovers and millions of jobs are created, foreclosures stop and everyone pays off all their debts, people switch from a debt economy to a credit economy, regulations restricting private enterprise and restricting the free market are dropped, - anyone have anything else?

What usually happens is often in the middle of the two extremes. In this case, the middle would seem to be that nothing changes. Or, that only slight, primarily "cosmetic" changes occur.

I know I will face derision and ridicule from this post, but I feel it is necessary to post this to help - maybe that one person who may heed this advice - people who will listen. Sometimes people listen to what I say, sometimes not: for example:

Iraq War - prior to the invasion, I was vigorously opposed to any war because 1. the war would drag on for years and not take just a few weeks or months as we were being told, 2. "we would not find any wmd" - specific quote I made, 3. the cost of the war would be "at least 400 to 600 billion dollars" not 40 to 60 as I believe was being projected, 4. thousands of American lives would be lost not hundreds, 5. the invasion would trigger the activation of groups around the world to begin openly fomenting against the US and some of these groups - within and without Iraq - would take action destroying innocent lives, 6. nothing much would change regardless of what happened - the US would not be safer, the world would not be safer, Iraq Might be a tad bit safer, but there would be no clear cut increase in safety for American citizens, if anything, things might get a little worse - in my opinion they have - huge deficits, millions out of work, rapid decline in dollar, security not substantially increased, loss of freedom & liberty in the US.

2005 - In 2005 I began telling people about the real estate bubble and how it would burst within a year or two. I figured people had 1 year to get out and divest their real estate assets - and I advised them to put their returns in cash and ride out the consequences. Then be ready to jump back in and snap up property at bargain basement values. I began advising to Slowly get back in the market as of June of this year - keep 50% in cash and estimate a property may lose up to 30% current revenue. If it is still paying a profit, buy it - or flip it.

Begin your plans for safe refuge now, time is running out.

The Solution That Will Save Our Nation

It seems obvious to me that we as a nation, and we as a people, do not have the answers to the questions that divide us; we cannot even agree on the questions. It seems obvious to me that neither the Occupy Wall Street demonstrators, nor the Democrats, nor the Republicans, nor the Tea Party, nor the independents, nor Obama, nor Newt, nor Ron Paul, nor Romney have the solutions that are best for this nation.

Further, it seems obvious to me that although we all agree that the path we are on is the wrong path for this nation to travel, none of us can agree on what the right path is.

Therefore, I think we should forget about politics and about all the problems this nation has. We are not going to agree on the answers, we are not even going to agree on the questions.

No one knows who the best candidate is, but God knows. No one knows what the best solutions are for our nation, but God knows. No one knows how to heal the polarization between the parties or in Congress or how to unite us when so much seems to divide us. I don't have the answers to these questions nor does anyone, but God does.

We need to place all our concerns, questions and worries at the feet of God. Then we need to get down on our knees and pray. God has promised that if we are sincere and earnest and bring our concerns to him, he will meet us halfway and provide the answers to our prayers, the solutions to our questions and relief from our worries. He will dry our tears, remove our fear and bring us through safely to a new, brighter, better day.

We need to stop the bickering and ask God to show us the candidate who will be best for our nation.

We need to stop arguing amongst ourselves and ask God to show us what solutions are best for our country.

We need to stop blaming each other and ask God to show us what each of us must do personally to help God bring each of us and this nation back to Him.

Finally, we need to stop in our haste and the busyness of our every day lives and enjoy the life that God has ordained for us. We need to stop wondering what to do and ask God to show us what must be done to restore those things that made this nation great and made us a light to all nations.

We don't know the answers, we don't know the solutions, but God does, and He will show us what they are, if we but honestly, humbly and sincerely ask.

Building Wealth, Making Money

Beginning with industrialization, governments sought to expand their economies by replacing the long-term and slow growth modality of capital creation with the faster and more expedient means of debt creation. But as economies expanded, debt ballooned. Over time, as a nation's market expanded at a fairly steady pace (with the occasional downturn and setback), ensuring a commensurate increase in incomes, apparent wealth and living standards, the total debt increased at an exponential rate exceeding by many magnitudes the growth rate of the economy. As a result, at any major downturn and national or regional setback, nations businesses and individuals are left foundering in a sea of debt.

There can be no "fix" to an economy based on debt nor for a business' or individual's debt load unless the "fix" originates from the capital creation side of economic philosophy. However, as capital creation is slow and uneven this solution is unpalatable to nations and peoples accustomed to quick repairs, fast connections and instant gratification. To be told that a solution to debt can be guaranteed, but only after 10 or 20 years of hard work, with very little to show for the first half of that period, people and nations may opt for the more expedient solution of expanding their debt. Although this solution seems to solve the immediate debt, the existing debt doesn't go away, it is merely subsumed within the new debt. This seems to solve the immediate debt situation but in fact only moves the problem to a future date.

There is no solution to a debt crisis using the current model of debt creation. Under this model, current debt never goes away, it is only added to future debt. The only solution to a crisis of debt is debt that provides periodic income in excess of the periodic payments necessary to acquire that debt. Debt based on this new model is based on tangible assets, i.e. hard, fixed assets which cannot be easily dismantled or destroyed.

There are only four asset classes of production. These four classes are land (or real estate), labor, capital (cash), and intellectual property. In the modern era, each of these asset classes bears varying degrees of mortality risk based on the further distinction (subcategory) of that asset category, its location on the planet, competition and the market from which its revenues are derived. No place is absolutely safe; fires, earthquakes floods and storms can destroy a factory, warehouse or subdivision just as surely as war, a terrorist attack, competition or market decline.

Investment in debt is never a safe option. Debt is a soft asset, an intangible or paper asset which can lose value or be destroyed as easily as it was created. Whether the soft asset is student loans, mortgages, commodities, foreign exchange or highly leveraged derivatives, there is no assurance that any investment made today will be secure tomorrow. The characteristic of a soft asset which makes it easy to generate high returns over short periods of time is leverage. However, this leverage of return also leverages the degree of risk. The farther removed an asset is from a hard asset to a soft asset, the more inherent the risk built into the structure of that asset. Although this risk also leverages the potential rate of return, the increase in the return is simply not worth the increased risk as the current real estate crisis, worldwide currency crises, the slow decline of the dollar and international governmental debt crises all attest.

Income generating assets exist in a variety of forms and their return can exceed that of the more familiar debt model based asset vehicles. One of the most popular forms is stock ownership. Although this seems a contradiction in the capital creation concept, it is in fact a core concept; buy assets, not debt, buy ownership, not a promise. With stock, you are buying a piece of the company; when buying a student loan package, you are buying a promise.

Equity in a commercial enterprise is perhaps the easiest, least expensive and lowest risk means of initiating a capital creation strategy. To assure the proper perspective on equity purchases, an investor must view the asset for the periodic income it generates, not the projected cash-in value of the asset at some indeterminate time in the future. Each investor must view the asset as one that they will hold forever and then pass onto their heirs because of the income it generates (and additionally the value it adds to their estate). No investor should view such an asset as one they plan to sell in 10, 20, 30 or 40 years.

Indivduals, businesses and governments must all adopt the long view. This long view rests on a foundation of capital creation. Capital creation is the acquisition of assets which produce periodic, current income in excess of the payments required to purchase that asset.

America's Long Descent Into Night

The powers that be already control all the money in the world, they already control most of the natural resources and they already control most of the biggest corporations. The only thing they don't control is you.

Since the greed and lust of the powers that be requires them to control Everything, they must find a way to control you. They have already accomplished this to a large degree. The powers that be already control your money, your job and the way you view the economy. They have already made you dependent upon an educational system that trains people to become even more dependent upon the big corporations and the government. There is only one more thing to do to make you absolutely and completely dependent; there is only one more thing they must do to make you completely and totally a slave; they must make you completely subservient to them by stripping away your freedom and rights. The way they do this is through fear.

If this assessment is accurate, the powers that be will continue to chip away at our liberty by perpetuating our fear. They will degrade our liberty by continuously introducing new threats and new ways of combating those threats. Or they will introduce new methods of combating existing threats. These measures will all be introduced in the name of public safety, for national security, for the stability of the dollar or the economy or the stock market or to provide domestic peace or international stability. The authorities will say that these measures are necessary for peace and safety or to protect the people from danger. And the vast majority of Americans will accept these measures and the loss of their liberty, perhaps reluctantly, more likely willingly, but we will accept the loss of our liberty to protect ourselves from the evil the exists in the world, never realizing that the evil that exists in the world is the same blanket we cover ourselves with at night.

Our next President will be the person who conforms to the agenda of the powers that be, whether that be public or private, while garnering the greatest degree of public support. His or her public stance will most likely be that which expresses some degree of giving the government more control while, in other areas, proposing less. Once in office, the current trend will continue, regardless of who is in office or whether the next President is Republican or Democrat. The only way to stem this flow is for the people to elect the individual who advocates most strongly for the most limited size and role of government as possible.

The way of the future seems most certain and the following scenario most likely. A group of people small in number at first, but growing over time, will refuse to adhere to the fear-mongering fairy tales that beset us at every turn. They will grow fearless. Growing fearless, they will become less dependent. Becoming less dependent they will become more independent in terms of happiness, wealth and power. By not adhering to the common convention of fear and by demonstrating the power and wealth that slowly accrues to those who do not fear the scare stories, who do not fear responsibility and who do not fear liberty, more and more people will join them and become like them and the powers that be will see their power slipping away. Then, they will overreact.

At some critical point, when their own fear of loss of control has reached forced them to act, they will do so. The powers that be will unleash the most destructive and fearful acts they can imagine. The powers that be will unleash war, they may destroy nations - perhaps even the most powerful of nations - and they may even unleash nuclear holocaust. During this dark, dark period, many of those who had learned not to fear will learn fear once again. Many of those who had left the path of fear will turn back. The majority of the people who had escaped the control of the powers that be will slip back under their control. But a remnant of the truly free will escape. A small number of those who are truly without fear will remain without fear, they will not give in, they will not give up. They will remain free and independent. Though the powers that be may hunt them down from place to place, from state to state and from nation to nation, those who follow the Way will not fear and remain free. Eventually, the world will die. This may occur in a few years or may require several decades, but eventually the horrors released by the powers that be will consume all of the world that was. The way of life, the culture, the hedonism and materialism, the structures and institutions of the world that was will be no more. The powers that be will be gone along with all those who followed them and did not stand up for their rights but succumbed to their own fears.

Following the world of darkness will be a world of light. The small remnant of the free - the followers of the Way - will inherit a brave new world, a world brighter, bigger and better than the old. The old will make way for the new and the old will pass away. That which once was will be no more and true peace, love and harmony will reign in a world of love and light. This is the world that those who escaped the powers that be will inherit for it is written; "the meek shall inherit the earth."

Space Exploration, NASA, the USA & the Mission to Mars

I jumped into a recent conversation online which took the position that money invested into NASA and space exploration was a waste and could be better spent elsewhere at this time. My reply:

"The return on investment from NASA and space exploration has rivaled or exceeded that of many private investment vehicles. But this is because the gov was wise enough to allow the contractors to use the discoveries extracted from space research as they saw fit. I grew up when all of America hovered around a grainy black and white picture a few inches across to watch Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walk on the moon. It was a very exciting time. The greatness and nobility of America is when we seek the dream - and then pull together to do it. The power of America lies in the ambition of our ideals, not in the fears of our hearts. The strength of America is when we dare the impossible and then do what it takes to get it done, not in worrying about the minutiae of roi or cash flow. The strength of the American people is the imagination to dream big and then stand on the moon. Mars is next. And we should do it.

America should put a crew on Mars because - as John Kennedy said, "not because it will be easy, but because it will be hard," we should put a crew on Mars not because it is something China would do, but because it is something America would do. America should put a crew on Mars not for any anticipated returns, but for the achievement of an ideal; America should put a crew on Mars not because it is what any nation would do, but because it is something that only a great nation can do, and America is a great nation. When we plant that American flag on the red sands of Mars, we do it not to prove to our enemies that we are a powerful nation that must be feared; we do it not to show to our friends and allies that we are a great nation, nor do we plant a flag on Mars to expand our territory or defend our status, no, we plant the red, white and blue on a far distant planet to prove that impossible dreams are possible to a people that dream big."

America, Down and Out?

Millions are out of work; the real unemployment rate stands at somewhat above 16%. Thousands of demonstrators occupy city streets and parks while unions throw in their support for the demonstrators. Congress is paralyzed into immobility while the people seem confused, divided and rooted in chaos. America is facing dark days; our economy teeters on the edge of a cliff and foreclosures continue forcing American families into the streets and shelters and to live with relatives and friends. Things could be better.

The cafe is better when it is full of happy customers instead of being cold and dark.

The store next door is better when the cash registers are ringing up sales instead of having a sign on a boarded up window that says "Out of Business."

The downtown company is better when it has chairs full of productive employees instead of a room full of empty seats.

America may be facing a challenge, but we haven't chosen defeat.

We may have fallen, but we haven't given up.

And although we may have fumbled the ball, we haven't quit the game.

We may have millions of people out of work, but there is plenty of work to do.

The question is not whether there is work, the question is will the Federal Government and big companies and the big banks with their big bailouts get out of the way so we can do what needs to be done? We aren't looking for a bailout or a handout, we just need you to get out of the way.

Congress may be as paralyzed and as frozen as a cow patty in a Minnesota winter, but the people are alive and kicking.

We may not agree on what direction we should take, but we do agree that the direction we have been on is wrong.

We may not see eye to eye on everything we must do, but that does not mean we can't stand shoulder to shoulder to do something.

To the outside world, and even to ourselves, it may appear that we are divided, confused and stuck in chaos. It may look like a dirty, grimy mess, but this is America and our history proves to us that this is simply how Americans get things done.

Things don't get done in Washington D.C. or in the halls of Congress or in Times Square or on Wall Street. Things get done over the kitchen table, things get done in cafes and diners, things get done in the hallways and around the water coolers of every great place in America. Things get done where it counts, not in places where high priced lawyers pulling million dollar salaries debate over where to place a comma; things get done in the Mean Streets where we're trying to decide how best to pour the cement.

This is America, we have faced dark times before, we have struggled under recession and depression and near relentless enemies. We have faced famine and flood and natural disaster of every kind. We have seen bridges fail and we have rebuilt them, we have seen levees break and we have reconstructed them, we have experienced tragedy that has brought us to our knees and we have grieved but we didn't stay down. We wept together, we embraced our neighbors, we have helped each other back up, we have pulled together and gotten back to work. We were not down and out, we were getting ready.

We are Americans and this is America. Things may appear dark and bleak right now, it may appear as if we are in the midst of a storm, but better days are coming.

We are Americans, this is America; we are proud and we are strong and we are coming back, bigger, better, bolder, prouder and stronger than ever. We are not bent over under the weight of grief and despair, we are lacing our boots. We are not clenching our fists in hopelessness, we are putting on our gloves. We may be at the bottom of the count, but we are at the top of our game. We may be bruised, bloodied and battered, but like Rocky, we won't quit until we've won!

America is here, we are coming and we are coming out swinging! The world thinks they have us where they want us, but they don't know us; we can't be held back, we don't give up and we don't quit. When things are falling apart, Americans are pulling together; when things seem the darkest, Americans see the coming of dawn; when the rest of the world has given up, Americans are getting ready.

We are Americans, we are coming together to get things done because that's what needs to be done. We may not see eye to eye but we can stand shoulder to shoulder, we are not down and out, we are just getting ready. America is coming, we are coming back big, bold, proud and strong. We are going to be bigger, better and bolder than ever before. We are not down and out, we are on the rebound, and the rest of the world had better step aside because America is stepping up!

INTRODUCTION

The Water Flow Defense is an operational tactic used in non-violent civil disobedience actions. The Water Flow Defense is designed to minimize losses while maximizing an effective resistance. Used in situations in which police forces are poised to neutralize a standing position; this standing position may be an encampment, occupied zone, standing demonstration or march.

A key point to remember is that the police cannot attack something which isn’t there.

METHOD

As the police are assembling to drive against a standing position, preselected elements will assume 4 positions while previously relayed instructions will be repeated to all participants.

4 Positions

These four predetermined positions are as follows:

1. A group of volunteers will position as a line barrier across the police force anticipated avenue of approach. These volunteers may or may not link arms and/or sit down to provide additional strength in resisting police attempts to disperse them or arrest them. As it is likely that the police will use tear gas/pepper spray and/or sonic means to disrupt the barrier, barrier volunteers may wish to wear swim goggles to help protect the eyes, moistened handkerchiefs over the nose and mouth and ear protection of some type. Although these measures will provide a very limited means of protection, they may provide the few extra seconds necessary for other demonstrators to effectively move into their assigned positions.

The purpose of this “brittle barrier” is to last long enough to cause police forces to bunch up in front of it. This permits other groups to move into position. Members of this “brittle barrier” will be arrested, as such they must be fully aware of this contingency and be prepared for their arrest and possible injury.

The name of this line; “brittle barrier” is because it is designed to collapse after a few moments – or minutes if possible – allowing the police to move through the line of the barrier into the rearward areas.

2. Another group of volunteers will assume high ground positions – most likely rooftop positions – in positions which extend through and beyond police force masses. The purpose of these “high ground” volunteers – in peaceful disobedience – is to shout slogans at the police and capture with video and audio – livestreamed if possible – all police action against the encampment or standing position. These high ground positions must occupy all preselected positions within a radius of several blocks of the encampment and police assembly areas.

3. A third group will disperse from the encampment and move into position behind the police assembly areas. Movement to this position must avoid police contact and observation. Once assembled behind the police, these volunteers will silently observe the police assembly until the police initiate action against the encampment. Until the police initiate action, this group must remain at a distance behind the police force which is out of range of any immediate police response. This group will assemble in whatever locales the police force is assembling, i.e. if the police force is assembling in the street, this group will assemble in the streets behind the assembling police but at a distance the police cannot reach without dispersing themselves. When the police initiate action, this group will advance to close the distance between themselves and the police force, but not advance any closer than 20 to 50 feet until the moment the “brittle barrier” collapses. When the “brittle barrier” collapses, this group will close to contact.

4. Group four will be those volunteers who will position themselves along predetermined avenues of escape for the members of the encampment. Their purpose will be to guide encampment members to escape the encampment location quickly and safely to predetermined rendezvous points. “Rendezvous point” captains will be part of group four and will take position at their selected rendezvous points to receive encampment members and await further instructions.

PROCESS

As the police force begin their advance to the brittle barrier, members of the encampment will begin to decamp and move to their assigned rendezvous points. The intent of the brittle barrier is to both provide enough time for encampment members to safely decamp and bunch the police force for possible peaceful interaction.

As the police are clearing the encampment site, demonstrators located at the rendezvous points will either A. wait until police have left the area and then retake the encampment site, or B. upon further instruction, retire to another location (or locations) to establish a new encampment.

GOALS

The objectives of the “Water Flow Defense” is to minimize arrests and injury by providing the police with no targets. All targets will have (ideally) dispersed to their predetermined rendezvous points when the police reach the encampment site.

An additional objective is to provide a continuity of demonstration or occupation with little disruption. Within a few hours - or perhaps days – demonstrators will have either returned to the original encampment site to continue their demonstration or have moved to a new location where their demonstration will continue.

A tertiary objective will be to allow livestreaming – if possible – of police action against the demonstrators and their encampment and/or provide evidence against the police in any future legal action. This will primarily come from the high ground positions and any sidewalk photojournalists.

CONSIDERATIONS

The group three members will, upon contact with the police, take no action, but remain peaceful and non-violent at all times. As contact is made, the police will initiate all action. This group may either remain silent throughout their engagement, or begin shouting slogans when they begin their movement to contact. Should the police station a rearguard, the main body of group three will advance directly to contact while up to 30% may siphon off to side streets and overhead or underground passageways, circumventing police contact, to interposition themselves between the police rearguard and the main body of police.

CONCLUSION

The “Water Flow Defense” provides a means to continue a peaceful occupation or demonstration with little disruption in continuity. It provides a form of tactical “defense-in-depth” and positions demonstrators into advantageous locations where their collaboration can be maximized. The “Water Flow Defense” essentially, and effectively, leverages the fluid nature of the demonstrators against the static dynamic of police methodology.
